Payment pending

I have just used paypal for the first time and a payment is on hold. Plus the Coronavirus!

I painted two dog portraits in the UK for a customer in USA. They loved them and paid immediately.

The funds were put on hold. I added tracking information. This was two days ago.

Are there likely to be long delays?
