I've just received the following notice when trying to buy an item on ebay:
PayPal is required to review certain transactions in order to minimise risk for us or our customers. The payment you sent is currently being reviewed and we will complete this process within 72 hours. This review involves this transaction only and does not affect the use of your PayPal account.
Cannot use a different card, credit or debit, to pay and the note that this only relates to one transaction is not accurate as it's happened to both transactions I've tried to pay for today. The credit cards are all in date and I've contacted the bank and there's no issue there.
Has anyone had any experience in getting around this to complete payment or if it will not stop me making any Paypal payment from now on?
