Payment pending

Once again PayPal have put my payment into pending mode. The last time this happened they told me it was because it was from a new customer of mine. Now this same customer as made another payment to me and PayPal have done it again. Not with the same excuse,this time it’s because I haven’t used my account for some time. What a load of **bleep**. Why can’t PayPal be honest with themselves and their customers that these pending issues is all to do with making more money from customers. They instantly took their percentage costs, and now interest on the pending issue which will take 4weeks. 

PayPal you must think your customers are all born green. W@#k*# !!!
