So, I was sent some money which was not a result of a business transaction but as a simple money transfer. Yet PayPal is still asking me to, confirm whether the order has been shipped and will make the funds available after 21 days. I would like to not wait that long to access the money. Since this was not a business transaction, how do I speed things up?
