Payment paid but still on hold

I have shipped the item and has been received by the buyer on ebay yesterday at 0915am and the money has still not been released by PayPal. I have the tracking info available

PayPal have said: You'll get your money within 1 day of delivery. This is not true

Appreciate the urgency with wanting your funds to be released. If you have not already added your tracking information to the payment, please do so by following these steps,https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-add-tracking-information-for-a-payment-i-receiv.... It also helps to ask the recipient to mark the item as received.
