Hello everyone, I am new here. I'm just wondering how to fix the money on hold issue. I was sponsored by a company to purchase a LED light from Amazon and leave an honest review, which I did. They paid me with a free LED quantum board, all I had to do was order it from Amazon and they would paypal the refund right back. Long story short, I have the light it works great and my refund is on hold for a month. Normally thats not a big deal but it is the holidays and I could use my money now. What do I do? I've already given tracking info and PayPal said they updated the info I should get my payment within 1 day of package landing which was 2 days ago. Anyone with ideas?
