Payment on hold

Hi i transferred money to my wife on 4th September through PayPal....she already edited the tracking info and PayPal said she will get the funds within one day.....I've tried checking my activity several times to see if PayPal has sent the order confirm so she would receive the funds....it's two days now and funds are still on hold....what could be the issue??

If the confirm receipt option is not available then sadly she will have to wait the full time for payment release as you don't have the friends / family payment option in your country.
