Payment on hold

I sold various items on ebay which amounted to the price of about £45 the money wouldn't go into my account at the start. Now underneath the items that I have sold on ebay it says the payment is available however when I go onto my paypal account it still says the money is on hold, I need help to get my money and ebay wont help me.

Thank you for raising this matter to our attention. You may want to check with the buyer how it was sent if its as family and friends or goods and services. If it was sent as goods and services kindly ask them to follow the below steps:

Here's how to confirm you've received an item:

Click Activity at the top of the page.
Find and click the original payment for the item.
Click Confirm receipt.
Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

***Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.
