Payment on hold

Hello so a payment i recieved has been on hold\pending for 21 days now. When it was never even something that was needed to be shipped out. Not only thay but because she was not a paypal member ot doesnt give her the option to confirm she has even received whay it thinks was shipped so i got **bleep** and have been waiting for way too long. Not going to be using this app for personal payments anymore i think...this experience tainted my thoughtd on paypal thats for sure. I pray that they atleast will come through on this money soon today. What time will it be realsed?

Payments for both services AND goods are subject to holds, this is until when you've built up your account to be reliable.

If the problem persists past 21 days, please contact customer service for them to manually release it:

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

 

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
