Payment on hold

I sold an item and it went on hold and the buyer has not received the item for a couple of days and left feedback and my money is still on hold ?

Feedback does not count in to it. Its all about PayPal being able to confirm delivery with the courier.

The buyer has not received item but left feedback? Or do you mean buyer has "now" received item and left feedback?

If tracking number for shipment shows "delivered", PayPal should be releasing the money within 24/48 hours of delivery. If that has not happened, contact customer service to have them manually confirm and release your funds:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other available options.
