Payment on hold

Hello PayPal Community. I recently sold a product on a webpage called GRAILED. I've sold around 4 items in that same app. Normally i get the funds directly to my account but not anymore. Before i sold this product i removed a card i had in my account but my bank account is still there, attached to my PP account. Why does this happen? is it to secure the shipping to the buyer or something? Please help, i got no idea why now i get this.
