Payment on hold

So basically i sold an online service to a friend of mine 6 days ago and i marked it has shipped since it was an account for a platform and i couldn't add a tracking method, and its been 6 days since the payment he sent me is on hold, for how long do i need to wait for the money? or is there a way for me to get the money sooner?

I can understand that you are referring about the payment hold. you can click here and check  why the payment has been placed under hold.
