Payment on hold

Hello

 

I am an established account holder with paypal - and have had regular transactions off late with them....

 

For a recent sale - the main amount is being still held by paypal - despite having updated the shipment information and buyer received the goods with  no issues - but the funds are still on hold. Please note that on the same day of the first transfer - the buyer transferred a smaller $25/- and this was credited to my account without any problem!!

 

I tried to register a complaint at resolution center but unable to do so - and i get  "we are unable to file a case on this transaction Since you’ve received this payment, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue."

 

The buyer has no way / no buttons click or to confirm in any manner to paypal as having received the goods!

 

Item was delivered on Thursday 30th July and today is Monday 3rd August  

 

What do I do ? where do I go ? Any suggestions ?
