Payment on hold

I just tried to do my first sale , somebody payed and now it's saying I have to ship first than it will release the money after it's received how can I ship it if it's holding the money I need to ship

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

There are a few reasons why a payment would be held but being a new seller is the main one. We need to make sure that the buyer receives their item before we can release any money. You would need to use other funds to pay for shipping but the total amount will be released for you when the item has been delivered.
