Hey PayPal community, I recently just sold a pair of yeezys (shoe) to a buyer using PayPal. He sent me a payment of the money, but put it on hold. I asked him why? And he clrarified that it’s safe way to transfer money. I send him the shoes with tracking number and he will enter it in and I get my money and he gets the shoes. Instead of that he sends me 2.1k the same week and says it was an accident. I have recieved my payment through PayPal and he blocked me on platforms to contact him on and he took my shoes. How do I get my money that I sold the shoes for? I have proof with convos and the emails sent with payment.
Are / were the funds actually SHOWING in your paypal account balance? If not then you were scammed as even if the payment was pending it would still show in your paypal account balance.
