Payment on hold for the second time

For the second time my payment is on hold though my client has sent it and the fees for this platform has been deducted too. But I’m not able to receive it yet

If their payment method is trough echeck (directly from their bank) it has a higher chance to put it either as pending or on hold.

What’s the solution? What should I ask the client to do to avoid this issue in future?
