Payment on hold for something that isn’t getting shipped

I don’t understand, I’m reupholstering 2 chairs for this lady and she paid me through PayPal and PayPal automatically put it on hold and is asking for a tracking number. What do I do?

Payment holds like this can happen if the buyer sends a payment for goods or services and there is not much selling history in your account. You may contact the buyer to confirm they have received the service you provided. Below are the few steps they need to do. No need to add a tracking number on your end.

As soon as the buyer confirms or do the steps completely on their side, the funds become available instantly on your account.
