What can I do about a local sale, where no shipping or really packaging is necessary, yet upon getting a hold on their payment, the suggestions to speed up the hold is to print out a shipping or packaging receipt, or get customer confirmation with tracking number. I had no need for any shipping, packing, tracking numbers bc they are local. So how do I get this hold lifted and get my money??
