Paypal has been holding the payment for an item I sold on eBay. The item was sold on 30 Oct 2018 and, despite countless phone calls to Paypal customer service (it is not really a "service"), I still haven't received the money. Every time I call them, their agents tell me that they have put in a request for the funds to be released and that I will have the funds within 24 hours. And of course nothing happens. I have been unable to go beyond this customer service phone line. I filed a formal complaint through Paypal's Formal Complaint link about a month ago - no response!
Could someone please advise on how to proceed with this? I would really appreciate your advice.
