Hi, Despite entering tracking info from my eBay sale, and the item having been delivered to the customer perhaps a week ago, the payment is still on hold. When I check it’s tracking thru PayPal, it says “in transit” as though the shipping tracking hasn’t updated. Should I be concerned or will it resolve itself soon?

We may place a temporary hold on some payments if you're new to selling with PayPal, if a dispute has been filed against you, or if we have questions regarding your transaction history. If your money is on hold you can access it sooner by shipping the item and letting us know the tracking information. Once your tracking updates to show delivery, your funds should be released sooner.
