Im a mobile developer and am trying to recieve the first round of payments from my client but paypal keeps putting the money on hold and treating the transaction as if I'm selling a product with tracking ids and shipping information that I do not have. I tried changing the invoice to service and not goods but its still holding my money and my client says she didnt receive an email stating the the "goods" were "shipped" or anything to release the money. This is really stupid of paypal how can I get my money??
