Payment on hold but client received his parcel

Can anyone explains why my payment is still on hold while the parcel has been delivered 5 days ago? 

how can it be solved?

on the other hand, what happened to the chat session on Paypal?

Did you supply paypal with a tracking number that can be viewed online?

And does that tracking number show the item as delivered online?
