A friend sent me money. But he clicked "paying for an item or service".
Now the money is on hold on my account. Is there a way I can make it clear to PayPal that it was actually just "sending money to a friend or family"?
Like could my friend still change it?
Thanks a lot!!

Not once its sent unfortunately.
Try marking the transaction as processed then the sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If they confirm this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed.
If not then sadly its 21 days.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
