Hi, i recently made a few sales on depop. Two of which the payments are being held until they have been delivered. It’s now been a week since I shipped the items and I have messaged the buyers, who have confirmed to me that they have received the items, but PayPal still says the money is on hold. I know that as a new seller PayPal sometimes holds money for 21 days, but for the third sale I made the money came through fine and I am able to access it. Do the sellers need to do something on PayPal to confirm the payment can come through? How can I access my money??
