Hello, I received payment from a company via PayPal for completing a job (a service) and my payment is now pending for 21 days. Since I did not sell any items (goods), I do not understand why my payment is being held for 21 days. I do not have a tracking or shipping number to expedite the process because I did not sell a product or goods to anyone. Can someone please offer any suggestions? The company is unable to resend as a personal payment since I was contracted as an independent to complete a job.
