Payment on Hold

Hi I'm new in paypal and I'm a freelancer, It was my 2 times transacting in paypal. My first payment was on hold and took only 2 days. But in my second payment still on hold until now and it  was sent on June 27. 

is there any way to solved this issue?

its my second time around, i think its for new seller. correct me if im wrong

Read the link i posted, you are a new seller until you meet all the requirements that paypal ask of you.
