My friend is paying me for an Airbnb that I bought. So I am not selling anything and this is not my first time using PayPal. However is says that the payment is on hold but yet that I received the money? I have not transferred the money to my bank but since it says it’s on hold it can’t transfer it. My friend said that the money went through and there are no holds her side. So then why can’t I access her money?? Do I still have to wait 21 days? Even though i did sell anything and I’m not a bee user?
I understand that you wish to know about the payment that is on hold. If the payment is sent as goods and services then funds will be held for 21 days. Please ask the sender of payment to confirm the receipt of an item so the funds can be released soon.
