Payment on Hold, support not helping

It has been two days since an order was delivered to the buyer. I have called customer service 4 times and every time the rep says they’ll call me later to release the hold and obviously doesn’t. One rep said the issue could be because my initial uploaded tracking number (one with the wrong return address) shows not shipped. There was no way to delete it so I got a refund for that label and within minutes uploaded the correct one before dropping the item off. I’m losing my patience and don’t know how I can further escalate this. If it was $20 that’s one thing but it’s almost $300 (excluding those fees those exorbitant seller fees)
