Payment on Hold but Item delivered over two weeks ago

Hello,

Here is my issue/frustration.

My item was sold and delivered over two weeks.

Item was sold through ebay.

The tracking information in the activity shows it was delivered and everything. 

Spoke to ebay, they said they released funds weeks ago. 

I am not sure what to do and could use some help.
