I have 2 payments on hold. I am not a new seller. I have no reported issues with my services. As the help center has suggested I have tried to update the date services were received but a message comes up the Paypal is experiencing technical difficulties and this been going on for a week. I do not want the money due to me to sit at Paypal for another 2 weeks. Thanks for the help.
