Payment on Hold 4 Days After Confirmed Delivery

Hi, I sent my item to my seller. The UPS tracking confirms it was delivered and the seller confirmed to me it was delivery.

The item was delivered on June 11th and the payment is still on hold (today is June 14th). I have a notification the payment is On Hold, along with the message "You have successfully updated shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery."

I sent another item around the same time, different buyer, and I was able to get my payment a day after the item was delivered. Can I get help? I feel this is a technical error.

I think you mean you sent it to a BUYER as you are the SELLER if you are selling.

Funds are normally released when tracking shows online that the item has been delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers.
If completed and no funds are released then contact c.s. and request manual release of funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
