Payment on HOld

Help!  I had a client pay for a service through PayPal.  I went through and marked everything in order to have payments released and this still hasn't happened.  Can't get paypal on the phone and the client hasn't had anything sent to them in order to confirm the service has been completed.  Getting **bleep** right now being a small business.

It sounds like Funds Availability Holds are being placed on your payments.  You can find additional information on these holds here.
