Payment not received in my account although its status showing completed

Hi,
This month I have not received my payment in my account yet and also there is a amalgamation of my bank account from OBC to PNB, which I have forgotten to update into my paypal bank account. Account number was still same but ifsc code has been changed.
Is this could be the reason for not receiving the amount to my account?

There may be a few different reasons as to why a payment was not received, but confirming your bank is a great place to start. You may also want to check that your email address is confirmed as well.
