hi i have just checked on the paypal website and a recent payment to my account says "needs attention" what does that mean and can i send the goods ?, thanks pete
Good question - this typically appears when your payment is on hold, or waiting for an update. It sounds like we may be asking for the tracking number from your shipment. Hopefully this helps!
