Payment method is already in use

Im trying to add a card to my account but it says it belongs to someone whos account is limited. How can i get it removed from their account>

Why are you using someone elses card OR adding your card to someone elses account?

You can't add a card to another persons paypal as its against paypal rules and also the billing address has to match the account address.

If you did allow them to add it to their account then ask them to remove it?
