Payment is still on Hold but is already delivered and already provided tracking number
I have a transaction that costs about $240 and my payment is still on hold even though I've provided the transaction and it has been delivered. I've waited for a week or 2 to check if I will still receive the payment but never had. I've even re-input the tracking number a lot of times and never received anything yet. Please help me out, I really don't know what to do at this point and really want my money right now. Thank you!
