Hello!
I am having problems with a transaction from a friend's account into mine. Apparently, when he used the app to send the funds, it only gave him the option of "paying form goods or services", instead of "paying family and friends", and he didn't notice, he just made the transfer as always. Now, Paypal has the funds on hold until I can "prove that the customer has recieved the goods or services", and asks me to provide proof as in a shipment receipt and other options. Of course I don't have any of these because it is not a payment for a service or product, it it just a transaction between my friend and I.
Can you help me find out why this has happened??
