safe for scammers, to me and my spouse and well-known PayPal has helped crooks or the same PayPal us scam.
I have not broken any rules, I sold on Ebay a decade long, packages have been delivered have no open dispute and my account on eBay this without a single negative vote in the past 12 months.
But still PayPal freezes funds?
do under what terms? who gives you that power?
I hope that soon Ebay already change the payments company, by that PayPal part of having a very poor service (you are treated badly by the phone) and bad company, have to endure your very expensive operating costs.

When you speak this with telephone service I was told he was on Hold state credit card company still not them had paid them, but with the packages delivered.
