Payment holds

Hi, can anyone tell me what happens if you’re payment is on “hold”, you send the item 1st class and then potentially receive bad feed back ? (shouldn’t happen) will the money never clear, yet the buyer keeps the item !?

As long as a dispute is not opened then funds should be released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 day.

If no tracking supplied then it can be up to 21 days.
