I’m frustrated because I’ve sold almost 400 items with no negatives and PayPal continues to hold my funds. It’s now taking me longer to ship items because I can’t transfer shipping money to my card. I passed Ebays probation a long time ago and I called PayPal only to get no where any suggestions
