Payment hold and review

This was not the first time that my payment has been delayed. Furthermore, platform (PayPal) sent that after having difficulties like these, it will never happen again. I am not a new seller, never issued refunds, never selling high risk items. In my account been doing goods and services. Now, it has been six (6) days again upon previous payment and until now I have not yet received notification/s to transfer the funds into my bank account. Don't see any problems with my account. I had already updated my account. What seems to be the problem? Can someone please tell me? Help me with my problem? Thanks in advance
