Hi, I recently sold an item having not done so for years. The item went to Hungary and arrived damaged. I agreed a partial refund with the buyer today but Paypal are still holding my payment. I assume the tracking information has been input now but still my payment is held! I understand they need to do this as I haven't sold anything for ages but to be honest, this has been ongoing since 25th November and such a pain, I doubt I'll sell anything again. Can anyone advise what I do next please? Thanks
