Payment failed and keeps "In Progress"

Hey everyone.

 

I tried buying something with paypal today but it gave an error but when i went to my account the money was gone.

The payment keeps being "in progress". I contacted the company but they have no registration of this payment so that sounds like it will not be completed.

Does that mean the money will be automaticely sent back after a certain amount of time or do i need to do something to reclaim it?
