Payment declined paypall to transferwise

Hi!

. My problem is that the iban number is correct but the pay pall don't let me send the money to the bank. Its said there is a problem we cant not transfer your money. The money now i really need it. Asap help me.

3. Click Withdrawing Money

4. Click How to withdraw money

5. Click Call Us or Email Us at the bottom

I have similiar problem. Paypal did not accept money that I sent from transferwise.

But it have not refunded my transferwise account as well. I wrote message to help center but they do not help me yet.

What can I do in that case? Do you have any idea?
