Payment completed but funds not yet available

I have just sold my first item on eBay, and now on my PayPal it says payment completed but funds not yet available. 

I am unsure why I have not received the money yet as the transaction was made on the 12th April and I know the buyer has received my item as they have marked it as received on eBay. whenever I click on PayPal on the estimated funds availability it says 1 January 1970.

Can anyone help?

If tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days then give c.s. a call and ask them to manually release the funds.
