I made a withdrawal to the bank the moment I got the money and PayPal issued me a notice that I have to wait 72 hours for this payment to go into the bank. More than 72 hours have been done and no reply and no notification even the money has not been transferred to the bank account.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
