Payment Received did not reflect on my PayPal balance

I withdrew my Fiverr funds to PayPal. It says payment received but the balance did not reflect on my account. HELP!

me too i received a payment but it is not reflecting on my paypal balance. i thought i was the only one having this problem i already search for an answer but nothing is working. I also try to contact them in facebook page but no reply.
