Payment Received but on hold

This is my first time in Paypal, and its also my first time to received a payment from my client via paypal, its a virtual job so no need for any items to be delivered, I was just shocked when I received the money, but then it was hold.. and they said it will take 21days, theres also a message to update shipping address.. what will I do, I really need my money.. when can I get that, I received the money, last April 27, 2019. Until now still on hold.😥

Here's why the funds are on hold (it's a formality):

You can mark the order as shipped as instructed in the link below or Order Processed if that is available and then contact the client to "Confirm Receipt" on their end of the transaction to release funds:

And if the user interface does not match the instructions in the link, try: 

Click "Add Tracking" button in the transaction details, select an order status, then ask the other party to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release funds.
