Payment Marked as Business and suspended

So I sent my friend money because I had borrowed money from him a few months back. So I decided to be a good friend and send it back to him. I entered his email and sent him the money, while I was setting things up for the send, no where did it ask me if I was sending to a friend or a business, it just asked me questions about the product I'm purchasing (I didn't think much of it at the time, cuz I don't really use Paypal so idk how it works). after that my friend got the money, it said he would also be charged fees for receival (Which is weird since I paid the fees) anyways I told him to send it back to me and I will just send it through the bank. I was surprised to find out that my money is suspended. What can i do to clear this up or even get my money back.

If the money is on hold, then you’ll have to wait 30 days for it to be released as per:

is there a way i can explain what is going on or make the time of suspension lower?

Are you sure it definitely said suspended I know it can go on hold for 21 days and I’m sure suspended means your account until you provide information I’m not 100% sure but I’ve had those both done but I’ve never heard of money being suspended

Sadly you don't have the friends/family option in your country so all payments go as goods/services and the recipient pays a fee.

TRY marking the transaction as processed then the sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If they  confirm this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
