Hi there. I fully understand why PayPal has 21-day payment holds for businesses.
I am selling goods online and provide tracking number for every order. The tracking status explicitly states that the customer's item has been shipped.
Why am I still not receiving my money in 1 day, despite providing all the tracking information for every order sent out?

Normally its when tracking shows the item as DELIVERED + 1 day.
